Assalamualaikum

Hidup mesti diteruskan.
Biarkan mereka.
Mereka tahu tugas mereka.
Tindakan Emergency Response Perhubungan Awam MAS sangat baik.
English Version
A very good day to everybody.
It's Friday. The 7th day of us praying that they will come back. Safe and sound.
I knew nobody on the plane personally, but my Human Resource friend is grieving now. She sent a group of her workers to Beijing for a training. I can imagine if it was my staffs. I would surely glued to MAS until every piece of them come back to us.
I will discuss about the employees on board some other time. For the search, let the experts doe their job. We will continue pray and hope....
Life goes on. Maybe we could learn a lesson or two from this tragedy.
I would like to express my thoughts about the Public Relations Skills presented by MAS people and the Malaysian government officers and ministers.
It's not about them not giving enough information because as far as we concern, they are trying their best to share all of the confirmed information. Only the confirmed news. I am very sure, in the operation room it is a typhoon blowing and spinning all agencies, departments and every single person. They hardly sleep and they hardly eat just because the needs for this operation is on top of the priority.
Certain information is best to be kept closed first. It is to control from further panic actions from the public.
They are doing an excellent job here. So let them continue doing their best because from what I knew, MAS is one of the organisations that have the best PR department so far.
Oh yes, I graduated from Communication Degree and PR was one of my major. My best friend served her service in MAS PR department during that time.
But I got sad. I feel bad and ashamed that the speaker of the news in the media conferences didn't projected a good public speaking skill. The grammar, the pronunciation, the intonation and the fluency of the speeches are all bad. It effects the delivering of the message, reflected the image of their organisation and of course us as Malaysian as a whole. Malaysia is now the center of the world's attraction. This is the time that we patch our ugliness with a small beauty on surface.
I rest my case.
.
tak patut kalau bahagian PR tapi ada masalah dengan penyampaian begitu.. lagi la untuk sebuah syarikat besar yg bawa nama negara mcm tu.. saya tak dengar sendiri..tapi kalau sampai tersasul tergagap tu agak memalukan lah..kalau susah sangat apa salahnya kalau berbahasa melayu je..
BalasPadamThis may not have something to do with your post sis, but even the PM has his name. A brainless PM when he allowed the shaman to do the ritual.
BalasPadamThat was written by the outsider.
Whole world now watching and focus on what has happened in Malaysia now. Just put aside the pronunciation by them but what the most made the outsiders laughed on us are the shaman did. So don't blame them when they thought we are still staying on the trees....
BalasPadamPray for MH370..
Mereka gugup nak berhadapan situasi mendesak macam tu.. ?
BalasPadamCan't imagine how stressful the MAS PR work now..sleepless nites, 24hrs on the job etc etc... may Allah bless all of them and ends the mystery positively..amiin.
BalasPadamYou are not the first to comment adversely on the poor communication skill. It is a shame that, when the world are focussing on us, we fail to show the language skill, English, the subject of our pride during the initial years of Merdeka. But we are very proud people, maintaining that our education is 'world class' against the world asessment that shows how far down we have slipped over the years.
BalasPadamIt was a pleasant surprise when you started your bi-lingual posting. Well done, Aziela.
Hari ini sudah msk lapan hari..
BalasPadamSemoga dipermudahkan.....

BalasPadam@Kakzakie True enough kakak. Loaded with embarrassing moments.
