What makes oil n gas industry among the highly paid industry?

They work under the fire, among the pressures above the rough sea 

They have to work no matter in what weather and condition, unless the rig is about to explode.

And they could only land on the platform by hanging on to a basket such as the abobe, or do the monkey swing for a smaller platform.

But no, the pay is not as high as the main player in the industry.

But we survive...

And we have to keep on fighting confronting the challenges...
